Part Two: The Magic in Between

On trust, timing, and what’s truly meant for us

“Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves.”
— Rainer Maria Rilke

Maybe the point isn’t about making the shot at all.
Maybe it’s about showing up, fully awake and open-hearted, willing to be changed by the process. Every time we say yes to something that scares us a little, we expand the edge of what’s possible. We invite growth, creativity, and even grace to meet us in motion. Lately, I’ve been sitting with how some things unfold easily while others ask us to wait, to trust, to release the illusion of control. We talk often about alignment, purpose, and timing, but the truth is, mastery lives in the middle.

In the quiet space between effort and surrender,
what’s meant for us slowly rises to meet us, and what isn’t quietly drifts away. The work, then, is to listen. To keep moving, yes, but also to stay open to the subtle guidance that says not yet, not this, not here. It’s in this middle space that we begin to realize we don’t have to force what’s already finding its way toward us.

Trust becomes the bridge between intention and arrival.

In the Stillness: A Reflection + Song

Where in your life are you being asked to trust the process — to loosen your grip and let timing do its work?

“Landslide” – Fleetwood Mac

A song about change, surrender, and the quiet courage it takes to keep evolving. For the moments when trust feels harder than action, and yet, somehow, more true.

These reflections are part of an ongoing practice — learning to meet life with a little more trust and a little less control. If this piece resonates, I’d love to hear what you’re learning in your own “in-between.”
