What to Expect

This is more than a retreat — it’s a transformational learning experience that brings together leaders who want to lead with depth and courage.

Through a blend of facilitated dialogue, contemplative practice, and embodied learning, participants will:

  • Reconnect with purpose and values

  • Strengthen capacity for perspective-taking and resilience

  • Explore how energy and presence influence teams and systems

  • Experience transformative group sessions — from guided reflection to sound and nature-based experiences

Program Format

The inaugural Connecting + Listening Across the Divide experience will pilot in 2026.

The design will balance structure and spaciousness, combining science-informed practices with time for personal integration.

  • Format: Multi-day immersive retreat with optional follow-up sessions and coaching

  • Pre-work: Individual reflection and preparation resources

  • Post-program: Continued connection through peer circles or virtual follow-ups

Who It’s For

This experience is designed for people who hold leadership as both an inner and outer practice — those who influence culture, shape ideas, and move systems forward.

Ideal participants include:

  • Organizational and community leaders

  • Entrepreneurs and innovators

  • Coaches, educators, and facilitators

  • Retirees or professionals in transition who want to redefine leadership for their next chapter
