Leading in the Face of COVID-19

As we navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19, what leadership frameworks and precedents can help guide us?  We’ll view some of these challenges through the lens of a model that helps us navigate both the "predictable world" and the "unpredictable world," exploring options contained in each quadrant.

Then looking to history for other examples of massive disruptions we'll identify what leadership initiatives helped, and which did not. From there we'll zoom in from the global to the personal and talk about how COVID-19 is challenging you, and how you might expand your repertoire of leadership options.
